Feb. 20 (Fri.): Registration
Apr. 1 (Thu.):
Pre-Registrations and Registration Changes Will Not Be Accepted After this Date
-
Are you planning to attend the
2004 Synod Assembly but just haven't sent in your registration yet? If so,
please send your registration form and the accompanying fee of $125 per person
to the synod office by April 1. (If you are a lay voter from your congregation,
check with your pastor to see if you are registered before sending anything in.)
You can download the registration form here
(pdf
format - you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to
read this document. Get it free at www.adobe.com).
Registering in advance will help the check-in process at the assembly go much
faster.
-
Do not send registrations to the
synod office after April 1. If you wish to register after April 1, you must do
so on-site at the assembly.
-
Also, if you need to change
information on registrations that have been already sent in, notify of any changes in names and addresses by April 1.
-
Of course, you can still wait
until the day of the assembly to register or to make changes to a registration,
but plan to arrive at 8 a.m. Friday, April 23. The process takes longer to
complete on-site. If you choose to wait until you arrive at the assembly to
register, remember to bring a check with you – $125 per person registration fee
– payable to the Southeastern Minnesota Synod, ELCA.
