2004 Synod Assembly

Registration Grants Available

The arrangements committee for the 2004 Synod Assembly will award ten $100 grants to reimburse congregations for a portion of the cost of attending the 2004 Synod Assembly.

Consideration will be given by the committee to congregations that:

• demonstrate a financial need in paying registration, travel and housing for the full complement of their assembly
  voting members;

• were pre-registered on the registration deadline of February 20, 2004;

• send the full number of voters (pastor and lay voters); and

• checked in with the registrars on Friday morning of the Assembly.

Applications will be available from the registrar at the assembly. The arrangements committee will make the grant awards after the assembly.
