Habitat for Humanity Project, "Building in God's Marvelous Light," Begins

Work started yesterday on the synod's Habitat for Humanity project, called "Building in God's Marvelous Light." Volunteers from across the synod will be helping to remodel an affordable house for a family in need this week, in conjunction with the annual synod assembly this weekend. Tuesday's work focused on organizing materials at the Habitat office and then transporting them to the site at 1009 1st Street SW, near St. Marys Hospital.
