Did you get it? You should have gotten it...Your congregation's password that is. Report forms and passwords were recently mailed out from ELCA churchwide.

Now here's the important part...

Check your Form A if you plan to mail in your report.

We have been notified that there was an error in stuffing the mailings and some congregations are reporting receiving the wrong Form A. This will have the wrong congregation number, password, and membership numbers.

To file correctly, you can file online with your correct password. If you are filing electronically and received the wrong form, just disregard the incorrect form. If you must mail your copy in, you can print the form from the online version. If you cannot do that, contact Cheryse Brenno-Sloan at 507-280-9457 or 800-426-6376 (MN only) and she can mail you the correct form.
