Preparing for Assembly

• Elections - One task of the assembly is to elect people to various boards and committees. The 2008 assembly will also elect voting members for the 2009 Churchwide Assembly. Below are the forms to nominate for these positions:
  

  • Nomination Form - Nominees for any board/committee and 2009 Churchwide Assembly voting members. Due February 29, 2008.
    

  • Youth/Young Adult Churchwide Voting Member - for youth (ages 15-18 in August 2009) and young adult (ages 19-30 in August 2009) nominees for voting members at the 2009 Churchwide Assembly. Due January 21, 2008.

Pre-Assembly Report
The Pre-Assembly Report will be available online and distributed to congregations in CD format. Congregations are responsible for ensuring that all voting members get access to the report.

The report is estimated to be available in March 2008. Watch the website, River Crossings, and the weekly e-news for more information.

April 16-17, 2010 - Mayo Civic Center, Rochester
May 6-7, 2011 - Mayo Civic Center, Rochester
