St. Ansgar’s Lutheran Church is hiring a part-time Children, Youth, and Family Coordinator. This position will plan, develop, promote, and implement Christian Education programming with an emphasis on pre-3–5th grade. This position will also work closely with the Pastor to build our Youth and Family ministry and their events. This is a paid position for up to 20 hours per week. Duties include: curriculum prep, attend monthly committee meetings, attend church staff meetings, office hours, communicate to families and congregation, and coordinating with volunteers and staff. The candidate should have a strong passion for working with children, a working knowledge of the Lutheran faith, effective written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership, energy, and organizational capabilities and the ability to work with different personalities and leadership styles.
