2023 Nomination Entry Form

Due March 11. Please indicate on this form the name of one individual you would like to be considered by the Nominating Committee for one of these positions.

Nomination Acceptance Form

Due March 31. Individuals who have been nominated for a synod-wide position must complete this form.

Nomination Reference Form

Due April 15. To be completed by the reference indicated by the nominee on the Acceptance Form.

2023 Nominations Workbook

The Synod Nominating Committee is responsible for nominating one person for each position for which an election will be held at the next Synod Assembly. In advance of the assembly, the nominating committee seeks nominees for consideration. Nominations in specific categories also can be made by voting members on the floor of the assembly.

Churchwide Assembly Nominations

The next Churchwide Assembly of the ELCA will be held in Arizona in 2025. Voting members will be elected at a prior Synod Assembly.
